JAY Properties is a marketplace that connects people who have property to let in Rajkot with people looking for it. We are not an agent, a broker or a party to any tenancy. We do not hold deposits and we do not draft agreements.
We verify that a lister’s mobile number reaches them, and our team reviews each listing before it is published. That review looks at whether the listing is complete, plausible and not a duplicate.
It is not a verification of ownership, of legal title, of planning permission, or of any use a lister declares a property is suitable for. Anything a lister states about a property is shown as their declaration and labelled as such.
A lister’s contact details are released only when a signed-in person asks for them, the request is recorded, and there is a daily limit. Collecting them in bulk, by any means, ends the account.
