A property marketplace built for Rajkot, starting with the space nobody else indexes properly.
Every national portal is built around flats. You can filter by bedrooms and by budget, and that is about it. If you are looking for a showroom, the questions that decide whether a place works are different ones: how wide is the frontage, how wide is the road it faces, is it on the ground floor, is it a corner. For a shed it is the sanctioned power load and whether a truck can turn. For a plot it is the declared land classification.
None of that is searchable anywhere, so people fall back on phone calls and visits to rule out properties that a filter should have ruled out in a second.
Rajkot first, properly, before anywhere else. The platform is built so that opening a new city is a row in a table rather than a release, but breadth without depth is what we are trying to avoid.
