Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

This policy is not final.

It describes the platform’s intended handling of personal data and is awaiting review against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Do not rely on it as a legal statement.

What we collect

  • Your name, email and mobile number, so an account exists and can be reached.
  • What you list, search for, save and enquire about.
  • For listers: the address of the property. This is never shown publicly — a visitor sees the locality and the road.

Location, specifically

If a lister chooses to show an approximate location, the coordinate we publish is shifted by a fixed offset within the radius they chose. The true coordinate stays on our server and is not sent to any public page or API response.

Contact details

A mobile number is released only when a signed-in person explicitly asks for it. Each request is recorded against their account and capped per day. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Documents

Ownership documents are stored privately and are never published. Each time a member of our team opens one it is recorded against their name.

What we never do

  • Sell your personal data.
  • Publish your address or phone number without you choosing to release it.
  • Store your password. We store a hash from which it cannot be recovered.

Asking for your data, or its deletion

Write to us from the contact page. Deleting an account removes it from the platform; some records are retained where we are required to keep them, such as invoices.
