Delete your account

You can close your JAY Properties account at any time, from the app or from this page.

How it works

When you ask for your account to be deleted, our team reviews the request, usually within 2 working days. Until then your account keeps working as normal and you can cancel the request. We email you the outcome.

What happens when it is deleted

  • Your name, email address and mobile number are removed from your account.
  • Every property you listed is taken down and stops receiving enquiries.
  • You are signed out on every device, and the account cannot be signed in to again.
  • Payment invoices are kept, because Indian tax law requires it. They no longer show your name or contact details on your account.

Once approved, deletion cannot be undone. You are free to create a new account later with the same email address or mobile number.

In the app

Open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.

On this website

Log in to the account you want to delete, and this page will show the request form.
